How To Withdraw From Benzodiazepine?

Hi im Traci Gregory. I suffer from BPD, Anxiety w agorophobia, ptsd , and ocd. Ive been on benzodiazepine for 10 years now. Reaching a high of 4 mg a day. I have been taperng off and am now on 2 mg a day. Then all of a sudden my dose was cut to .5 twice a day. Its been sheer hell. The mental just to be honest mindfuck that Im going through I never wish on anyone. Ive searched for a benzo wise doctor and exhausted my resources. Im ready to give up. Ty

Did you try counselling also? See Benzodiazepenes are good drugs but can have varied side effects and obviously can be addicting. I would first like you to visit the psychiatrist and get proper counselling done dear along with the drugs.
