How To Withdraw From Crystal Methamphetamine?

Hi. I am an occasional crystal meth user maybe once a month, a gram each time. I don t understand why I even use this drug I don t particularly enjoy it. It kind of baffles me that out of nowhere I find myself craving it. I should mention I am.bi-polar as well. What is the best way to comedown? I become very depressed, my.bodg temperature seems to drop as I develop chills and I lose my appetite. I have 1mg ativans and wonder will it help me sleep and eat? I feel so low right now I need to combat this somehow. If ativans would indeed help how much should I use? I always tell myself I will never use again yet here I sit fretting and manic..thank you.

Weaning of methamphetamine is depended upon the duration of consumption, associated complications and age and associated smoking habit or alcoholic habit etc.

Slower withdrawal dose under your doctor guidance only. During the phase of withdrawal, you get withdrawal symptoms may be suppressed with alternate medication.
