How To Withdraw From Losartan Potassium, Brilinta, Bupropion And Metoprolol?

I had a heart attack July of 2016 which required 4 stents. I m on 90 mg of Brilinta, 81 mg low dose aspirin, 100 mg Losartan Potassium, 150 mg of Bupropion (which I quit taking 2 days ago), 25 mg Metoprolol and 40 mg Atorvastatin. I want to quit these drugs and get back to a normal life. My cardiologist however is too busy to see me for the next 3 months. Can I quit them? The drugs that is.
