General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Given your history of heart attacks and open heart surgery, these medications are very important.to be included in treatment regime. The medications you are taking are for blood pressure control, blood sugar control, maintaining healthy lipid profile and preventing blood clotting. So these medications should not be stopped or cut down without talking to your doctor. Your doctor have come to decision of prescribing them depending on your health parameters. So please be advised to continue the medications as prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
