Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your wife was started on Oleanz 2.5 mg which is antipsychotic and Paxidep 12.5 mg which is an antidepressant. You have not mentioned her symptoms or diagnosis why she was started on these medicines. If she is not responding, not listening, aggressive, and abusive then I would consider increasing the dose of Olanzapine. 2.5 mg is a very low dose which is not going to help her much. So, consult your treating psychiatrist and confirm the diagnosis first, then you can ask for increasing the dose of Olanzapine.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Prashant Gohil
