How To Withdraw From Prednisolone?
My doctor prescribed prednisolone 4mg dose pack for me to treat a bad cold? Or some type of bug I picked up because I had severely swollen nasal passages and a bad cough. Anyway this is only the second day and I have 2 more pills to take tonight before I go to bed. My face looks flushed and pores enlarged and a bit puffy. My eyes feel dry and I m not liking the way this medicine is making me feel but everything I ve read says it s dangerous to stop taking it. What s the answer? YYYY@YYYY

I think you should lower the dose gradually and not stop it suddenly but give the adrenal time to adjust levels.
Stopping the drug abruptly has many side effects such as fatigue, nausea, and abdominal cramps et cetera.
