General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Spasmo Proxyvon plus is made from Dicyclomine + Paracetamol / Acetaminophen + Tramadol.
Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception but it can cause dependence.
Lower the dose of it gradually.
Increase paracetamol dose to cope with pain.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
