Ive been on xanex for 20 years nees to get off but have had my blood pressure and heart put me in er 3 times that I have run out of my meds what can I take to help me get off of this pill doctors in my area want me to just stop taking but I think I am going to die if I do this

you should not put off from medicine. should have hypertensive profile and ecg. consult physician. abide on their advise.
