HI I AM OF AGE OF 54 YRS & TAKE ALCOHOL ONCE IN A WEEK, I AM SUFFERING FROM INSOMNIA FOR LAST MANY YEARS,,TAKING SOME TIME ZAPIZ .5 OR 1/4 OFZOLFRESH 10. , I ALSO TAKE AURVEDIC MED LIKE BRAHMI ETC ,I AM SUFFERING FROM DIABETES ALSO,HOW I CAN GET RID OF SUCH DRUGS?
