How Will Be The Effect Of Smoking On Diane-35?

Hi i'm 39 years old and i am getting married in 4 months. My doctor gave me Diane-35 so i would not get my periods on my wedding day. I know you can get blood clogs if you are a smoker. Since i did not tell my doctor that i smoke what are the chances for blood clogs or any other problem if i only take this pill for 4 months.
