How Will I Stop Using Betnovate Without Getting Redness And Itching?

i am using betnovate N since years on my face and so far didnt see any side ffects or problem in using it except one, that whenevr i stp using it i my skin start getting red with itchiness and rahes after 2-3 days. I wanted to stop using it but could not, what to do?
