How Would A Test Report Showing A Certain Endometrial Thickness Be Interpreted?

My wife periods are irregular. She did ultrasound report was . 1. Uterus : Anteverted ,normal size. Endometrial thickness is 6.2mm 2.Ovaries & Adnexae: Both ovaries are normal in size.No cyst seen. 3.POD: no free fluid in POD. Request for guide us what it is mean? And also we plan for baby. Please advice the same. Please do the needful. Regards.

Endometrial thickness has a direct relationship with the day of the menstrual cycle. At present report showing no abnormality.
