Huge Scar Below Neck Due To Removal Of Lipoma, Lump Forming Under The Scar. Detected Scar Tissue. Right Diagnosis Or Recurred Lipoma?
Hi, I have a question, I had a lipoma removed last year on my back just below the neck, huge scar now, but under that scar there is a lump starting to form, doctor says is is scar tissue, my scar is about 2/12 long and this lump is just below it. Could it be that just maybe the lipoma has returned or doctor correct in saying it is scar tissue?
Hi huge scar over the surgery site is only the scar tissue not the recurrent lipoma.if u have any doubt go for a biopsy then diagnose the condition.reopen the site and remove the scar tissue then cure it .use a broad spectrum antibiotic and use contractabex ointment to remove the remaining scar tissue
