Hurt Oblique During Skiing. Oblique Stiff, Has An Indentation. Possible Reason?
hello i am 22 years old and am a bodybuilder. i recently fell skiing and hurt my oblique(over twisted) its been injured since december 22nd as i continued to work out. i have now taken the time to have a break.. i been off the gym for 1 month and a week. my oblique isn t as painful but is really stiff and now has an indentation! i do not know what this indentation is so i would appreciate some advice thank you!
I understand your concerns. I am thinking that the indentation in your oblique is something that you do not need to be worried about. It will get better over time. Supplements of microminerals and multivitamins will help in the healing process, especially vitamin C. I hope you are getting enough of those. I also think that rest as you have been getting for the last few weeks and adequate sleep will also help in the healing process. If you feel like the indentations is serious and may indicate a physical abnormality, please consult a qualified doctor.
I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
