Waiting for your reply. Thanks
I have gone through your query. After normal semen analysis and ultrasound report, your doctor has prescribed you Glucophage SR and Folic Acid. From the medications it seems that you have metabolic syndrome like insulin resistance(Cause of PCOD). Glucophage SR contains Metformin(used in diabetes) and is given in this case. You should continue with the medicines. If you are Obese then try to lose your weight. Avoid direct carbohydrate intake. Eat fruits, vegetables and whole grain with balanced diet.
