Hyperthyroidism, Excessive Calcium In Kidneys. What Does This Show?

hi I have hyperparathyorid I want to no if I need to check my thyroid they found it when I had kidney test I was getting to much calcium in kidneys. got medicine for it. if I have that dr is just doin my kidneys. I feel very crappy ive had people who have it an they r on thyroid meds please explain the thyroid suuff if u can

Dear Ma'm, primary hyperparathyroidism is causing your hypercalcemia. So you got your kidney stones. Thyroid disorders are not always a part of hyperparathyroid spectrum, but then multiple endocrine gland involvement is also not unusual, so caution is always warranted. Please do get your thyroid function checked once. Regards!
