Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

A brain aneurysm would present with an extremely severe headache which may be associated with nausea and vomiting. These symptoms would occur if it ruptures, some persons may have a brain aneurysm with no symptoms if it is not ruptured. If you had an anerysm that ruptured you would have needed to seek medical treatment.

The headache may be related to the skipping of meals most likely.

The other causes of headaches are migraines, tension headaches, cluster headaches, sinus headaches.

If it reoccurs then you can ask your parents to take you to be assessed.

I hope this helps
