Hi,
Thanks for sharing your concern to this forum,

Your TSH is 8.3 which in turn indicate Hypothyroidism also as your free T3 is low; this disease is common in females but good part of the disease is that it can be treated completely by supplementation of exogenous Thyroxine.

Your weight gain may be partly due to hypothyroidism especially facial puffiness and swelling.

Please continue to take your Thyroxine as suggested by your doctor in morning empty stomach.
I am sure this will help in reducing swelling simultaneously also take care of your diet and exercise to keep fit.

Please use iodized salt and go for periodic medical check up for clinical evaluation and Thyroid function test to adjust the dose of Thyroxine.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
Good Luck
