Hysterectomy, Cysts Removed From Ovary, Enlarged And Stuck To Colon And Blatter Stuck To It. Any Medication To Remove The Endometriosis?
here's my problem, i had a hysterectomy in april. and july 25 had to go back in for more surgery, my ovary had a few small cysts on the right and she didn't take ovary out, now her going back in found my ovary 5 times its size and it stuck to the cuff at the top of the vaginal wall with my colon and blatter stuck to it. I have endometreosis everywhere and it's in my blatter and colon and wants to treat with some kind of medication via shot but not sure today what it's called. will this get rid of the endometreosis or do i need a second appinion? Lori
You should know that the best and most effective treatment for endometriosis is laparoscopic removal of adhesion and endometrial tissue from abnormal locations.
Other treatment options are time consuming and less effective.
Hope this information helps.
