I GET A RASH BETWEEN THIGH AND GROIN THAT SMELLS ,IT FEELS LIKE MY SKIN IS BEING CUT. IS THERE AN OVER THE COUNTER CREAM FOR THIS ? I AM 46 5FT. 8IN. 230LBS.

You need to maintain genital hygiene.Wash your undergarments with dettol/antiseptics in warm water. Do not rub the genitals vigorously with soap or scratch it.It may be a fungal infection.You can get yourself consulted by a family physician he will advise you a topical cream.
