I Hurt My Head While Intoxicated And I Have A Headache, What Should I Do?

Early saturday my friend dropped me whilst I was intoxicated, I fell and hit the back oft head on concrete. I was sick the following morning/headache but believe it was the alcohol and not the fall. I have since been to my local GP who checked my pupils with a light and got me to push against her hands, she said I should be okay. I feel find but do have a sore head, I m not sure if I feel uneasy because I am paranoid and nervous or if I should be getting a second opinion ?

HI.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of friends dropping you on a concrete floor where you hit your head, examined by a Doctor, who thinks that you should be OK, but your paranoid mind does not accept this.
This is the situation where you should get your MRI of he brain.
If normal nothing much to worry, but if abnormalities are found the complications can be managed
