I NOTICED A SWOLLEN, MOVEABLE, TENDER LEFT SUPRACLAVICULAR LYPHM NODE 5 DAYS AGO; WHICH WAS 4 DAYS AFTER RECIEVING A TDAP SHOT IN THE LEFT ARM . A FEW DAYS LATER, I HAD SOME JOINT ACHINESS AND LOW GRADE TEMP OF 99.7, INCLUDING PAIN IN THE LEFT SHOULD/ARM. THE ULTRASOUND REPORT SHOWES A FATTY HILUM. MEASURES 1.3X0.8 CM. THERE IS FLOW TO THE CENTER. IT IS WELL DEFINED. MY CBC AND BMP WERE ALL NORMAL
