I Accidentally Sprayed Myself In The Face With Spray Paint.....

I accidentally sprayed myself in the face with spray paint..... I know stupid mistake having it pointed in the wrong direction. I got it in my eyes and breathed quite a bit in directly. but now my chest hurts and im really drowsy. everytime I take a deep breath I get this sharp pain in my chest and its been like this for about 8 hours. should I go to a doctor or is this normal
