I Adopted Boys Who Are Now 12 And 13. We

I adopted boys who are now 12 and 13. We just realized they are not circumcised. We did not adopt them as babies. I have never examined them in that area. Apparently, they have noticed in the restroom that other boys look different. They asked me about it today. Do kids this age get circumcised and what type of Doctor does this? Urologist or plastic surgeon? Should it be their decision? I'm googling pros and cons.
