I Am 15 And Missed My Period(not Prego)?

I am definitely not pregnant!...I got it when I was 11. It has been pretty regular for the past year..besides the 1 or 2 day lateness. But all of a sudden it s now 4 weeks late. I have been skipping breakfast and skipping a couple meals...I eat very atypically during the ;last two months. And I am kinda stressing because my parents are getting divorced. Help please! Thank you guys so much!

im 15 also , and a virgin , i havent had my peroid in two months , my peroids have been really messed up but not for this long . i am stressed as im doin a lot of schoolwork . could i have an early menapause ? i saw it on a programe once ?

Irregular periods happen due to hormonal imbalance.This imbalance can be caused by a number of factors & one of the most important factor is mental stress which is in your case.Nothing to worry about please eat regular meals to keep healthy;once the stress is reduced you will get periods or if required you can get medicine prescribed by a doctor for periods.

it is not for you to think of menopause yet. Irregularity is the result of hormonal imbalance and this can be affected by stress you are facing . also anaemia is the other causative factor. In ayurveda i recommend rajha pravartini vati 2bd and punarnava mandur1 bd.

the stress(hormonal in balance) is also one of the factor for irregular menses. please have your foods properly. check hemogloubin level,some time low hemoglobuin level,menses is delayed.take green vegetables.take homoepathic medicine--ferrum phos 3X, 4tablet thrice daily(30days) and ferrum met 200, 4gloubles twice daily for 15 days.
