I Am 19 Recently Had A MRI Of My Brain

I am 19 recently had a MRI of my brain done for migraines and dizzy spells and the findings were suprasellar cisterns are open with no evidence of grossly increased pressure, paranasal sinuses show a 12 mm right maxillary sinus retention cyst, prominent septal deviation to the right, left side turbinate hypertrophy, and mucoperiosteal thickening in left ethmoid sinus. What does these findings mean and what are the treatments for them?
