I Am 21 Years Old.I An Having 8mm Stone In

I am 21 years old.I an having 8mm stone in right puj. July 1st I got operated( PCNL). dj stent was placed.3days after discharge everything was fine.no blood in urine, no pain. Then I went to our relatives house.after18 hrs journey I noticed that I am having blood in urine again.this happened 20th day of pcnl.i went to my doctor.he told me that my sr.cr. 1.1, urine albumin2+, before pcnl sr.cr 0.9, urine albumin absent. No family history of diabetes and hypertension.what happen to me? Does dj stent cause proteinuria?please help me.please
