I Am 24, 5ft 5inches And Weigh About 10 Stone

I am 24, 5ft 5inches and weigh about 10 stone 2lbs.I have had the contraceptive implant for almost 2 years and am having it removed tonight. I am going to take a break from hormonal contraception, when can I expect my body to return to normal and for the hormones to leave my body? I put on over a stone within the first month and haven't been able to shift it, also developed acne and have been constantly tired and sluggish.
