I Am 27 Yrs Old And Now Its About 1.5

I am 27 yrs old and now its about 1.5 yrs after my marriage...unfortunately, I needed to face two abortions now...and the 1st one when I was 1.6 months pregnant,4 months after my marriage...it is due to bleeding and I had D&C..After that, with a gap of 6 months, I again got pregnant....now, I didn't have any problem till 3rd months of pregnancy...after it,while undergoing an ultrasound, the doctor detected my baby was affected with fetal ascites...they recommended me to abort it since there occur some defects in my child in the future....by completing 4 months of this pregnancy,i again had an ultrasound...in that,my baby"s hearbeat get stopped...and I had an abortion through normal delivery procedures...what are the precautions that we must do for a healthy pregnancy? How much gap is necessary? will it affect my next pregnancy? any treatment needed for me or my husband....
