Hi I am 28 and recently been having a few dizzy spells. I have just started taking the contraceptive pill and recently had a miscarrage I am also tring to eat well but do drink about 4 cups of coffe a day and no other drinks. help

Hi.. Dizziness can be a side effect of the  pills that your are on.. Of dizziness persists you may need alternative medications..   See a doctor hence to know the reason and treatment...
