I Am 37 Weeks Pregnant. Is It Possible I Am Carrying Twins As I Am A Twin Myself ?

Did you not get any scans done during your pregnancy as scan will usually will be able to detect twin pregnancy..Since you are a twin there are chances that you could have a twin but I would think it would have been detected by now..
