I Am 40 Yo And Had An Episode On Holiday

I am 40 yo and had an episode on holiday causing severe fatigue and after bloods were taken i had an abnormal liver function test. I am a social drinker only. AST/ALT levels returned to normal after a week but GGT remains at 180? HEP a,b,c,d, HIV and others were ruled out and I was told I most probably had a viral hepatitis or a toxicity to something. I had a blood test 6 weeks previous and everything was normal. I feel well now but have taken 2 doses of 400mg of ibuprofen today at the correct time for pain in my elbow and have felt very nauseas. Would taking ibuprofen with a raise GGT cause a problem?

I had also taken a minimal dose of ibuprofen/paracetamol the day I became unwell on holiday. Could this be related?
