I Am 41Years Old Male. I Am On Acitrom For

I am 41Years old male. I am on acitrom for last 10 years due to DVT detected in my left leg. I also take folic acid along with acitrom as prescribed. My pt/inr is maintained in the range of 2-3.

From last 3 months, I had problem in my digestion, felt week and pain in upper abdomen. My doctor prescribed liver blood test and ultrasound of stomach. The result revealed that I have enlarged liver of 162 mm. My haemoglobin is also gradually going down to 12.2 as pe r latest test.

Now my question is that the problem with liver is due to regular consumption of acitrom. What should be my next course of action.
