I Am 50 Yrs Old, In 2013, Diagnosed With Cancerous

I am 50 yrs old, in 2013, diagnosed with cancerous nodules in Thyroid, had a total thyroidectomy...under the care of a endo who prescribes 325 mg of Synthyroid, 1000 mg Calcim , 500 mg Mag Oxide, Vit D 25000u but refused to test for free T3 and T4 says she is trying to level the T4 ? Recently had my hormones leveled checked by a Gyno and she said test results were zero Testerone, estrogen but I have regular periods with premenstrual migraines, no energy and AC1 around 7. Whats a gal to do?
