I Am 52, Male, Caucasian. I Am Overweight, But Less

I am 52, male, caucasian. I am overweight, but less than I used to be. I am diabetic, but it is controlled with metformin, diet, and exercise. My last A1C was 6.7, but I am overdue.

In early January a small lump appeared on my forehead. Slightly itchy, but not excessively. It moved. It would move up to the hairline for a day or two, then down under the eyebrow and swell my eye shut for a day. In early February, the lump migrated along the bridge of my nose, swelling the eye shut for a few days.

This lump has settled just under the right eye, on the cheek bone, but moves up to the eye, then back down.

I have been on two different eye antibiotics (for a stye, presumably) to no effect.

It remains only on the right side and has had no affect on the left eye. I have continual mild swelling of the right tear duct area, but not the year duct itself. The eye tears easily, but I am having no unusual leakage.

My eyesight does not seem to be effected except for the swelling shut of the lid.

The swelling in the eyelids is squishy, but around the eye it can be hard. Cold exacerbates the swelling, warm compress does very little or nothing.

I have no allergies other than raw tree nuts and onions and have never experienced this before. As a precaution, for two weeks I tried an antihistamine. No improvement.

I am flumuxed and I need to know where I should go with this. Here in the Philippines, a cash only medical system does not work well for going doctor to doctor. We do not have enough resources to try multiple doctor types. And the language issue complicates matters.
