I Am 52 Year Old Male, Smoker (approx 7-8 Cigarettes).

I am 52 year old male, smoker (approx 7-8 cigarettes). My recent lab report is as follows:

Blood Pressure: 130/75
Weight: 71 Kgs
Height: 176 Cms

FBS: 95 mg/dl
Creatinine: 0.91 mg/dl
HbA1c : 5.8%

Cholesterol: 340 mg/dl (2 years ago: 285)
Triglycerides: 148 mg/dl (2 years ago 321)
HDL: 45 mg /dl (2 years ago 35)
LDL: 271 mg/dl (2 years ago 186)

Not taking any prescriptions as yet for the present condition. Two years ago was prescribed 1 tab of Novastat (10mg) per day...however stopped taking it due headaches in the morning.

Please advice.
