I Am 57 Years' Old. I Have Been Suffering From

I am 57 years' old. I have been suffering from Urinery track Infection with frequent incomplete painful urination and pain in the lower abdomen & lower back region. Recently an USG of whole abdomen test done on 9-May-2016 reveals that I have "Hypertrophy of Prostate", size of the prostate is: 2.96 * 5.36 * 4.47 cm., approximate weight is 37 gms. Blood test PSA result is 0.988 ng/dl. Besides above I am a patient of NIDDM and COPD since last 8 years for which I am dependant of oral medicines and steriod inhaler.

Please guide me.
