I Am 59 And Have Gilbert's Syndrome. I Had A

I am 59 and have Gilbert's syndrome. I had a parathyroidectomy in 2020 and was diagnosed with osteoporosis.
I have tried several different types of HRT as I'm unable to tolerate bisphonphonates. I tried progesterone tablet with Lenzetto oestrogen spray but my bilirubin levels rose and I became unwell with slight jaundice. I then tried Evoril conti patch which unfortunately caused me to bleed with sore breasts. In my wisdom I thought I would try mirena coil as I thought it would bypass the liver and Lenzetto spray x1 to 2 sprays daily.
It was fine for 7 weeks then this week I've felt unwell with stomach pains loss of.appetite and muzzy head..I stopped the Lenzetto and I feel a bit better but still not 100% with right under rib which is not acute with some belching depending on what I eat.
I'm exasperated and desperate to feel better.
Is there anything I can take HRT wise which will work without all these issues? I really want to support my bones but don't know where to turn?
