I Am 67 Years Old, Post-menopause Since 2000, 16 Years

I am 67 years old, post-menopause since 2000, 16 years ago. I had 1 day of bleeding with some small clots, 2nd day after urinating no blood in toilet but still bright red blood on tissue, 3rd day bleeding left completely. I have 2 brothers, one age 63 died of bladder cancer in 2016, the other brother had treatment & is a bladder cancer survivor. Should I ask gynecology for appointment for this, or should I wait to see if it happens again? My mother had a hysterectomy at age 45 for endometriosis. I also donated a kidney to my mother in 2000.
