I Am 69 Yr Old, Female, 5ft 3in. 130 Lbs

I am 69 yr old, female, 5ft 3in. 130 lbs who had a quintuple bypass last year. In the hospital I started hearing my heartbeat loudly in my ears. Now, when I lay down, it is so loud it shakes the bed, and me. I have three nodules on my thyroid. I also know my right carotid artery is somewhat blocked, but the VA won't do anything until it is 75 percent blocked. Is this serious?
