I Am 72 Years Old And Never Had Any Allergies

I am 72 years old and never had any allergies but since we moved to Arizona to a house we bought in Dec, I have started to bet a severe blocked nose when around any air condition and in Arizona in the summer you have to have it at temperatures of 106-109 outside right now. It wakes me up as I cannot breath through the nose and the mouth breathing causes my mouth to dry up and this has lead to an inflamed uvala. This has been going on now for a little over a month and it getting worse. What can I do?
