I Am 73 Years Old And Have Osteoarthritis. My Internist

I am 73 years old and have osteoarthritis. My internist told me to stay away from naproxen and switch to Tylenol. In the past few days, I've been experiencing aches along my sides and in the front of my thighs, especially my left thigh. Taking Tylenol doesn't seem to matter. I have an orthopedist and an internist but these aches and pains seem to be worsening, making it uncomfortable for me to drive or even walk.
