I Am 78 Yrs Of Age In Good Health, No

I am 78 yrs of age in good health, no medications for any medical condition, diagnosed with DCIS March 2015, stage 0, no lymph pathology, lumpectomy, radiation (canadian study), so far all mammograms have been negative, hx of cyst at age 26 with cyst on left ovary. Past week, discomfort in Left ovary area. Vaginal ultrasound could not visualize ovaries. Discomfort in left pelvic area last 4-5 days. Scheduled for another vag ultrasound tomorrow. I am a nurse practitioner. What should I be concerned about?
