I am 86 years old. I am in a assisted living facility. My wife passed away several years ago. 7 yrs to be exact. I am controlling the vertigo by deep breathing, and doing gentle stretching exerce couples of times of day. My sexual organ begin to shrink and shorter and from 5" s to now quarter inch sometimes it goes inside the testicles, and when I start to urinate the pressure of urine pushes it out about one inch

Is there any to make it normal and stay in one measurement and etc.
