I Am 99% Sure I Have A Slight Case Of

I am 99% sure I have a slight case of shingles on my neck between my ear and where the neck joins the shoulder. I have one other case with just one shingle in the same area. I have been treating it with apple cider vinegar since I felt the burning sensation on Sunday, the area is already drying up. I have two lymph nodes involved one on the back side of my neck and the one under my chin, is this normal? I am extremely allergic to antibiotics and other meds so I try to go with the natural methods. Should I be concerned about the lymphnodes?
