I am A 77 year old female! I have asthma, copd & some other stuff tho I am pretty active and do not usually have much pain . Today, in the shower, the water hit my chest in a kind of a "thud" as I turned it off & the backs of both shoulders began aching,badly, with pain moving around to my right breast as well. I took a.
