Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 22 year old female. I am 5'4 and weigh 112 lbs. I have slightly low hemoglobin levels (11.4), constant bloating that makes my stomach swell immensely even if I eat a small amount of food. I also get sharp pains in my back and stomach, nausea, feeling full quickly, and orangish/red spots in my stool. Could this be internal bleeding? If not, what might it be?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be due to the gastric hyper acidity, or peptic ulcer, the other causes could be the intolerance to the foods, like milk, milk products, wheat, barley etc. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment . Any how try to avoid the above said foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
