I Am A 23 Yo Female With Left Leg Pain.

I am a 23 yo female with left leg pain. It's happened numerous times and usually lasts a few days. It feels like a sharp pain when pressed on, kind of like a bruise but with no visual appearance. It only hurts when I walk on it or apply pressure. The pain is on my calf and top of my foot. Sometimes around my ankle as well. I'm not sure if it is a blood clot or randomn pain. There is no redness or heat and mild swelling. I also take blood pressure medicine. I have not been to my doctor yet as I don't want to go in for a mild problem that I can fix. Does anyone know what it could be?
