I Am A 24 Year Old Woman Who Works In

I am a 24 year old woman who works in an office. Last week I hit my right wrist pretty hard on the metal door frame. It hurt for a minute, but since then it feels fine. I practically immediately got a large bump on my wrist....no bruising though and no pain. It hasn't gone down at all, but hasn't gotten any worse. Is this something I should be worried about and go to the doctors?
