I Am A 28 Year Old Male. I Am Preparing

I am a 28 year old male. I am preparing for civil services. Since last four months I am suffering from pain on right side of head. The pain get worse when I study.
My work profile is such that I have to study 10 hrs a day.
Never had a vomiting.
MRI is normal.
Eye sight is also normal.
Problem of heartburning and pain in abdomen continuously.
Bp is around 120-130/85-90.
Taking stablon and normaxin since last one and half months.
Also started exercise but not significant improvement.
Please guide.
